Beat the eggs |
Chop up some spinach, green onion and tomatoes (or anything else) |
Saute some greens and goodies |
Put into a pan and cook. |
Grate some cheese. |
AND VOILA!! |

Kara and I made ourselves this wholesome, nutritious lunch the other day! It was very good, I must say!
