| Beat the eggs |
| Chop up some spinach, green onion and tomatoes (or anything else) |
| Saute some greens and goodies |
| Put into a pan and cook. |
| Grate some cheese. |
| AND VOILA!! |
| You've got yourself an OMLETTE! |
Kara and I made ourselves this wholesome, nutritious lunch the other day! It was very good, I must say!
